Mace Windu is one of my favorite prequel characters. Recently I took a deeper look at this book:
I found some really cool facts about this Jedi Master:
1) Mace's home planet is called Haruun Kal
2) Mace's Purple Lightsaber is from a unique Amethyst crystal.
3) Mace is on jedi Master removed from Kanan Jarrus. Mace was the Master of Depa Billaba , who then went on to be the Master of Kanan.
4) Mace is considered as the council's greatest battlefield General.
5) Mace was Boba Fett's first target. As shown in The Clone Wars Boba teamed up with a group of Bounty Hunters to try to kill Mace.
